OPTION 1: Themed Birthday Party!
2 hrs. total – 60 min dance, tumbling, and games led by MCDM instructor (coordinating with chosen theme), 60 min party room with chairs and tables, 30 min set up and clean up. 15 guests ($10 per additional guest) – $200 for package, $50 any additional hour – more fun added to all!

OPTION 2: Event Space & Rental Venue
The Space is Yours!
Space rental rate set at $20 per hr. $75 for the full day.
A $100 cleaning/security deposit check is required but will be returned if the building is cleaned per the rental cleaning checklist and if no damage occurs during rental. No alcohol is allowed to be consumed on the building premises. Also glitter and confetti are not allowed.
