For the month of October, both MCDM locations will be hosting an Aerial Workshop!

MCDM Aerial Workshop includes tips, tricks & skills to work towards your Aerial or mastering your Aerial! We will work on drills & exercises, evolution and mastery of cartwheels, as well as safety and all steps of the Aerial. Must have a strong cartwheel and splits. MCDM is proud to be an Acrobatic Arts Certified Studio.  We use the Acrobatic Arts curriculum specifically designed for Aerial training.

MCDM Aerial Workshops are all of October.  October 4th – 26th.
Wednesdays in Louisburg from 6:45-7:30 and Thursdays in Paola from 7:15-8.
$50 for the full workshop – space is limited!  No enrollment fee.

Open to all – they do not need to be a current MCDM student.

*this would also be great for your cheerleader!

Acro Dress code:
All Acro (Tumbling) ONLY classes will go barefoot on mats.  Form fitting activewear, preferably leotards, so that the teacher can see body placement and hair up and out of face please.  Braids or Low Bun is preferred with long hair for this class for safety.  No loose clothing – This is crucial for teachers to be able to spot the student safely and correctly.
